Two mature sodium silicate production processes
We provide two independent production lines based on your target products, raw material conditions and market demand, with clear technical routes and stable operation.
Liquid sodium silicate production line (wet/liquid phase process)：
The liquid sodium silicate production line uses pressure vessel and steam heating liquid reaction technology. The raw materials are caustic soda and crystal sand. The entire process achieves a sealed reaction to produce high-purity liquid sodium silicate.
Production capacity: 6,000 ~ 100,000 tons per year
Features: Simple process, low investment, environmentally friendly, no sewage discharge, suitable for medium and large liquid water glass production.
Solid sodium silicate production line (dry/solid phase method)
The solid sodium silicate factory uses solid phase melting technology in professional melting furnaces and uses fuel heating. The raw materials are soda ash and quartz sand. Solid sodium silicate finished products can be made into blocks or granules according to customer requirements.
Production capacity: 10,000 ~ 100,000 tons/year
Characteristics: Mature smelting technology, uniform product quality, flexible product shape, and long service life of furnace equipment.
