Introduction:
The core of this technology is the dynamic wave reactor, phosphate rock, coke and silica directly complete the reduction and oxidation reaction in the reactor,

and separate the reduction and oxidation reaction by dynamic wave. At the same time, the heat of oxidation reaction can be directly transferred to the reduction space to achieve energy saving,

and obtain the high-quality phosphoric acid with concentration 85%.

The raw materials such as phosphate rock, coke and silica are crushed and ground according to the ratio, and then enter the dynamic wave reactor through the feeding device,

and the heat source natural gas and air needed by the reactor are fed into it at the same time. The P2O5 gas generated by the reaction is heat exchanged by the heat exchanger first and then enters the absorption tower,

85% phosphoric acid can be obtained after the P2O5 gas is absorbed. The tail gas is discharged after being washed and demisted up to the standard, and the slag is directly used as building materials and cement materials.

There is no waste water and exhaust gas in the whole production.
