1. Raw Material Pretreatment and Metering
High-quality aluminum hydroxide and industrial-grade sulfuric acid are selected as the core raw materials. An advanced automatic weighing and dosing system is employed to ensure precise measurement and proportioning. Strict control of raw material purity and feeding ratios guarantees a stable and accurate foundation for the subsequent chemical reaction process.
2. Acidolysis Reaction (Core Process)
The accurately metered sulfuric acid and aluminum hydroxide are fed into a closed reaction kettle, where a neutralization reaction takes place under controlled temperature conditions. The reaction temperature (80–150°C), pressure, and residence time are precisely regulated to ensure complete conversion of raw materials into aluminum sulfate solution.
The entire reaction process is conducted in a sealed environment to minimize exhaust gas emissions. An integrated exhaust gas absorption system is installed to enhance environmental protection and ensure compliance with industrial emission standards.
3. Crystallization and Drying
The concentrated solution is transferred to a steel belt crystallizer, where continuous cooling crystallization is achieved through a combination of water cooling and air cooling. By adjusting the feed rate and conveyor speed, a stable and efficient crystallization process is maintained, resulting in the formation of aluminum sulfate crystals.
After solidification, the crystal material is discharged from the steel belt and passes through a flaker for initial crushing before entering the next processing stage.
4. Crushing and Packaging
The flake-form aluminum sulfate crystals are further processed according to market requirements. Through crushing and milling, the material can be converted into various product forms, including granules and powder.
A fully automated packaging line is used for precise weighing, filling, sealing, and palletizing. The entire packaging process is conducted in a closed, dust-free environment to prevent moisture absorption and contamination, ensuring consistent product quality and storage stability.
