Our caustic soda electrolysis plant consumes only 2100–2300 kWh per ton of 30% NaOH, 15% lower than mercury process and 30% lower than diaphragm process. A 50,000 TPY plant can save 4.5–7.5 million kWh per year.

Our ion-exchange membrane technology produces caustic soda with purity ≥99.5%, free of mercury & asbestos. It fully meets food grade (GB 5175), pharma grade (USP/EP), and electronic grade (SEMI C7) standards.
