It is suitable for the production of industrial soda ash, food-grade soda ash, and new energy high-purity soda ash. Three major process complete equipment plans
1. Ammonia-alkali process (Solvay process) whole line equipment
Adapt to the closed-loop circulation process of limestone, brine and ammonia
Core units: Limestone calciner, quicklime digestion unit, ammonia absorption tower, carbonization tower, sodium bicarbonate filtration separator, soda ash calciner
Supporting by-product equipment: mother liquor separation and drying unit, calcium chloride refining production line, ammonia recovery and circulation system
Advantages: The process is mature and stable, the purity is controllable, and the by-product calcium chloride production line is delivered simultaneously.
2. Combined soda production method (combined soda process) co-production equipment (main promotion)
Co-production of ammonia from natural gas/coal + soda production, dual-line output of soda ash + agricultural ammonium chloride
Pre-stage raw material preparation: gas converter, synthetic ammonia high-pressure synthesis unit, nitrogen and hydrogen preparation unit
Core of mid-stage soda production: ammonia absorption tower, carbonization reaction tower, salt adding crystallization system, dual mother liquor circulation filtration equipment
Final products: heavy alkali calcination equipment, ammonium chloride drying and packaging line, tail gas recovery and energy-saving device
Highlights: High raw material utilization rate, low-carbon and energy-saving, one set of equipment produces two major finished products: soda ash and nitrogen fertilizer, suitable for building factories in composite chemical parks
3. Purification and calcination equipment by trona method
Low-cost green production route for trona ore
Process equipment: ore crushing and grinding machine, dissolution and crystallization purification equipment, semi-alkali refining device, high temperature calcination and decomposition furnace
Advantages: Direct smelting from mineral sources, lower energy consumption, low impurity content, suitable for high-purity soda ash, new energy lithium battery raw material soda ash production
