Product Overview
Wet phosphoric acid production line is the mainstream complete industrial equipment for industrial preparation of phosphoric acid at present. The core adopts the acid-base replacement reaction process of phosphate rock and 98% concentrated sulfuric acid. It abandons the disadvantages of high energy consumption and high pollution of traditional thermal phosphoric acid. With the advantages of mature process, controllable cost and large-scale production capacity, it is widely used in fertilizer, fine chemical industry, food processing, new energy materials and other fields.
The whole production line takes high-purity 98% industrial sulfuric acid and high-quality phosphate rock as core raw materials, and efficiently produces industrial grade, fertilizer grade and refined grade wet phosphoric acid through integrated processes such as crushing, batching, extraction reaction, filtration and washing, concentration and purification, and impurity removal and precipitation. It can be matched with subsequent deep processing of monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, ferric phosphate and phosphate series products. It is the core supporting equipment of phosphorus chemical industry.
Core production process principles
The core chemical reaction of this production line relies on the double decomposition reaction of phosphate rock and 98% concentrated sulfuric acid. The entire process is closed and automated, with stable reaction and high conversion rate.
Core reaction equation: Ca (PO) F +5H ˇ SO = 3H PO + 5CaSO ↓ + HF↑
During the production process, 98% high-concentration sulfuric acid and ground and refined phosphate rock powder are fully mixed and reacted in the extraction tank to replace the effective phosphorus element in the phosphate ore with phosphoric acid stock solution, and at the same time produce calcium sulfate (phosphogypsum) by-product, which is filtered and separated, multi-stage washing to remove impurities, and then vacuum concentration, decoloring and impurity removal, and sedimentation purification are carried out to finally obtain high-purity wet-process phosphoric acid, realizing full utilization of raw materials and controllable recovery of by-products throughout the process.
