Product Overview

Our monoammonium phosphate (MAP) production line adopts mature acid-ammonia neutralization technology, taking wet-process phosphoric acid and gaseous ammonia or liquid ammonia as core raw materials. Under precise pH and molar ratio control, phosphoric acid reacts with ammonia to generate ammonium dihydrogen phosphate slurry. The slurry goes through concentration, crystallization, spray granulation, drying, cooling and screening to form finished powdery or granular MAP.
 
This production line can be independently constructed or connected with your existing wet phosphoric acid plant to realize upstream and downstream integrated production, cutting raw material transportation cost. We supply customized capacity from 10,000 tpy to 300,000 tpy, supporting agricultural grade water-soluble MAP and high-purity industrial grade MAP production, fully meeting global fertilizer, feed additive, fire retardant and water treatment material demands.
