Product Overview
Our diammonium phosphate (DAP) production line is a mature and industrial-proven fertilizer manufacturing system, which uses wet-process phosphoric acid and liquid ammonia / gaseous ammonia as the only raw materials. Through precise ammonia-phosphorus ratio control, secondary neutralization reaction, vacuum concentration, slurry granulation and drying treatment, the plant produces high-quality granular DAP fertilizer.
Different from MAP production, DAP adopts high ammonia neutralization degree, forming stable diammonium phosphate with high nitrogen and phosphorus content. The whole production process is closed and environmentally friendly, with tail ammonia recycling system to minimize raw material loss. This turnkey DAP plant is widely used in large-scale chemical fertilizer factories and phosphorus chemical industrial bases worldwide.
