Product Overview
Our Dicalcium Phosphate (DCP) production line is a professional chemical processing system designed to produce feed-grade and industrial-grade DCP powder. Different from MAP and DAP ammonia neutralization process, DCP adopts wet-process phosphoric acid reacting with lime milk or calcium carbonate powder through neutralization, crystallization, drying and grinding to obtain high-purity calcium hydrogen phosphate products.
This DCP manufacturing plant features simple reaction principle, stable operation, low production cost and zero harmful gas emission. It can be matched with upstream wet phosphoric acid production line to realize integrated phosphorus chemical production. Finished DCP is widely used as livestock and poultry feed mineral supplement, which is one of the most popular feed phosphate additives in global agriculture industry.

 

Core Reaction Principle

Dicalcium phosphate is generated by neutralization reaction between phosphoric acid and calcium source (lime milk or calcium carbonate):
Raw material: Industrial wet-process phosphoric acid + lime milk / calcium carbonate
Reaction type: Liquid-solid neutralization reaction, mild and safe
Product: Dihydrate dicalcium phosphate, stable crystal structure, high bioavailability
Advantage: No ammonia volatilization, simple environmental treatment, low operation cost
