Product Overview
Our Phosphorus Pentoxide (P2O5) Production Line is a professional high-purity inorganic phosphorus oxide manufacturing system. Different from wet-process phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate neutralization process, P2O5 is produced by burning industrial yellow phosphorus (P4) with sufficient oxygen under controlled high-temperature oxidation reaction.
The whole production process adopts closed combustion, gas-phase oxidation, rapid cooling and powder cyclone collection technology. The line produces high-purity, superfine white P2O5 powder with low impurity content. As a strong dehydrating agent and phosphorus source material, P2O5 is widely used in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide and high-purity phosphate industries. We provide complete turnkey solutions for small, medium and large-scale industrial P2O5 plants.
Core Reaction Principle
Industrial yellow phosphorus reacts with oxygen through full combustion to generate phosphorus pentoxide gas, which is cooled and crystallized into solid powder:
