Product Overview
Our red phosphorus production line is a professional thermal phase-conversion phosphorus chemical plant. Different from oxidation, chlorination or neutralization processes, red phosphorus is produced by heating industrial yellow phosphorus under air-isolated sealed conditions. After constant temperature thermal transformation, white phosphorus molecular structure converts into stable red phosphorus structure.
The whole production process is fully sealed, oxygen-free and explosion-proof. The system completes heating conversion, cooling curing, crushing, screening and purification to obtain high-purity red phosphorus powder. Red phosphorus features stable chemical property, low flammability and safer storage compared with yellow phosphorus.
