Professional POCl3 production line based on phosphorus trichloride and oxygen oxidation reaction. Automatic synthesis, distillation and purification for high-purity industrial phosphorus oxychloride.

 

Product Overview

Our POCl3 production line adopts the standard industrial oxidation process, using phosphorus trichloride (PCl3) and pure oxygen as raw materials. Through low-temperature sealed oxidation reaction, continuous distillation and fine purification, the plant produces high-purity phosphorus oxychloride. This mature and safe process is the most widely used method for commercial POCl3 manufacturing worldwide. The whole line supports automatic continuous operation and can be perfectly matched with upstream PCl3 and yellow phosphorus production lines.
