Product Overview
Our iron phosphate (FePO₄) production line uses ferrous sulfate, industrial phosphoric acid and sodium hydroxide as core raw materials. Through liquid-phase oxidation, pH adjustment, precipitation, washing, drying and calcination, it produces high-quality battery-grade and industrial-grade iron phosphate powder. This sodium neutralization process features stable particle size, low impurity content and continuous automatic operation, perfectly matched with upstream wet-process phosphoric acid line for new energy lithium battery raw material production.
