Product Overview
Our lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄, LFP) production line uses iron phosphate, lithium carbonate and conductive carbon source as core raw materials, adopting mature high-temperature solid-phase sintering process under nitrogen inert protection. Raw materials are precisely proportioned, ultra-fine mixed, spray granulated and sintered to form carbon-coated LFP powder. This stable industrial route features high crystal integrity, low impurity and excellent electrochemical performance, perfectly matching upstream iron phosphate production line for full new energy material chain integration.
