Agriculture Industry (Main Application)
Potassium sulfate is premium chloride-free potassium fertilizer. Suitable for chlorine-sensitive cash crops: fruits, vegetables, tobacco, grapes, citrus, tea, potatoes. It promotes crop growth, improves fruit quality, enhances drought resistance and disease resistance. Widely used in greenhouses and high-value farmland.
Chemical Industry
Raw material for manufacturing potassium salts such as potassium carbonate, potassium persulfate. Used in chemical synthesis and inorganic reagent production.
Glass Industry
Clarifying agent for glass melting. It eliminates tiny bubbles inside glass, lifting glass transparency and surface quality.

Production Process of Potassium Sulfate Production Line
Our Turnkey Potassium Sulfate Plant adopts mature Mannheim process technology, which is the mainstream route for the Potassium Sulfate Manufacturing Plant. Raw materials are potassium chloride and sulfuric acid. By-product hydrochloric acid can be recycled for sales, bringing extra economic benefits.
Raw Material Feeding & Metering
Quantitatively transport potassium chloride and concentrated sulfuric acid into the pre-mixing device according to the process ratio. Continuous automatic feeding ensures stable material proportion.
Pre-Mixing System
Two raw materials are fully mixed evenly before entering the reactor to guarantee sufficient chemical reaction.
Mannheim Furnace High-Temperature Reaction
Mixed materials enter the Mannheim furnace for high-temperature reaction. Potassium chloride reacts with sulfuric acid to generate crude potassium sulfate and hydrogen chloride gas. This is the core section of the whole Potassium Sulfate Production Line.
Hot Material Cooling & Crushing
Hot crude potassium sulfate discharged from the furnace is cooled rapidly, then crushed into particles for subsequent treatment.
Finished Product Neutralization & Adjustment
Neutralizing agent is added to adjust acidity of crude potassium sulfate, reaching standard agricultural-grade or industrial-grade potassium sulfate.
Screening & Granulation (Optional)
Materials go through screening system. Customers can choose to equip granulation equipment to produce granular potassium sulfate fertilizer.
Finished Product Packaging
Qualified potassium sulfate is conveyed to automatic packaging machine for bagging and storage.
Hydrogen Chloride Gas Absorption System
HCl gas produced in the
