Bleaching water is a mixture of sodium hypochlorite and sodium chloride produced by the reaction of chlorine and sodium hydroxide solution. Among them, sodium hypochlorite is an effective ingredient. Process: Caustic Soda Dilution → Cooling Reactor → Chlorine Gas Introduction at Low Temperature → Online Available Chlorine Detection → Static Sedimentation → Filtration → Tank Filling
Core Equipment: Enamel / PP Reactors, Circulating Cooling System, Liquid Storage Tanks, Tail Gas Absorption Tower, Filling Pipelines
Features: All-liquid-phase production without drying and powder processes; the plant area mainly consists of storage tanks, pumps and pipelines with almost no dust.
Mandatory Temperature Control Requirement: Reaction temperature ＜ 30℃. High temperature will cause decomposition to generate sodium chlorate and greatly reduce product quality.
