Mainstream Process for Phosphorous Acid Production Line: Phosphorus Trichloride Hydrolysis Process
Raw Materials: Phosphorus trichloride, process water
Process Flow: Metered feeding of phosphorus trichloride → Low‑temperature hydrolysis in hydrolysis reactor (temperature controlled at 40‑60℃, generating large amounts of hydrogen chloride) → Falling‑film absorption of hydrogen chloride gas to produce by‑product hydrochloric acid → Crude phosphorous acid solution → Vacuum distillation to remove residual hydrogen chloride → Impurity removal and decolorization (adsorption / precision filtration) → Cooling crystallization → Centrifugal separation → Drying → Packaging of solid phosphorous acid finished product; mother liquor is recycled back to the front‑end process.
Characteristics of Phosphorous Acid Production Line
1. The phosphorus trichloride hydrolysis process is mature and supports continuous production, with by‑product hydrochloric acid available for external sales;
2. The whole system adopts closed negative‑pressure operation and is equipped with toxic gas alarms to ensure production safety;
3. Purity can be adjusted according to customer requirements, and the line can be connected to complete downstream phosphite units;
