LAS Sodium Dodecylbenzene Sulfonate Production Line Process Flow
Raw Materials: Dodecylbenzenesulfonic Acid, Soda Ash (Na₂CO₃) Produced from Combined‑Soda Process
1. Raw Material Preparation: Prepare aqueous soda ash solution by mixing soda ash with water; stock dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid in storage tank.
2. Neutralization Reaction: In the neutralization reactor, dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid undergoes neutralization reaction with soda ash solution, releasing carbon dioxide; conduct on‑line pH monitoring.
3. Degassing: Remove CO₂ bubbles generated from the reaction.
4. Filtration and Refinement: Remove small amounts of insoluble impurities to obtain liquid LAS.
5. Optional Spray Drying Section: Liquid LAS passes through the spray drying tower to produce powdered LAS product.
6. Finished‑product Storage: Transfer liquid LAS to storage tanks; store powdered LAS in silos and perform packaging.
7. Waste Gas Treatment: Collect CO₂ waste gas released from the reaction.
