Source: Reaction between concentrated sulfuric acid and fluorite; Raw materials: Fluorite (calcium fluoride), concentrated sulfuric acid; Outputs: Anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and industrial‑grade hydrofluoric acid, which can be further refined to obtain semiconductor / PV electronic‑grade hydrofluoric acid

Complete Process Flow of Hydrofluoric Acid Production Line
Raw materials: fluorite, concentrated sulfuric acid
1. Raw material pretreatment: fluorite ore is crushed and ground, and screened to obtain fluorite fine powder; concentrated sulfuric acid is transported and metered.
2. Rotary kiln reaction: fluorite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid are fed into the rotary reaction kiln and react at a high temperature of 200‑250℃ to generate HF gas and by‑product calcium sulfate residue.
3. Crude HF gas purification: dedust the gas, remove sulfuric acid mist and impurities, and cool and condense to obtain crude anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (AHF).
4. Rectification and purification (core procedure for electronic‑grade products): multi‑stage rectification is adopted to remove arsenic, sulfur and metallic impurities, yielding high‑purity anhydrous hydrogen fluoride.
5. Absorption and acid preparation: high‑purity AHF is absorbed by ultrapure water to prepare electronic‑grade hydrofluoric acid. The rectification section can be simplified for industrial‑grade products.
6. Precision filtration: precision filtration is performed in an ultra‑clean environment to control liquid particulate matter.
7. Sealed filling: electronic‑grade products are packaged in HDPE drums / Teflon storage tanks (glass containers are strictly prohibited).
8. Treatment of by‑product calcium sulfate residue; complete environmental‑protection treatment for fluorine‑containing waste gas and wastewater.

1. The concentrated sulfuric acid raw material can be connected to the pyrite‑based sulfuric acid plant to realize park‑wide supporting facilities;
2. Flexible unit configuration: produce only industrial‑grade hydrofluoric acid, or add a rectification and ultra‑purification section to produce semiconductor‑ and photovoltaic‑electronic‑grade hydrofluoric acid;
