Source: 32% liquid caustic soda is first produced by ion‑membrane electrolysis of brine, and its concentration is increased to obtain 50% caustic soda through multi‑effect evaporation and concentration process.
Process Flow of 50% Liquid Caustic Soda Production Line
1. Produce 32% liquid caustic soda via brine electrolysis;
2. Feed 32% caustic soda into the multi‑effect evaporator to evaporate and remove part of the water, and concentrate it to obtain finished 50% liquid caustic soda.
Features of 50% Liquid Caustic Soda Production Line
1. Higher concentration with higher effective alkali content per unit weight, which greatly cuts logistics and transportation costs and is suitable for long‑distance external sales;
2. Low impurity content and high product quality thanks to the ion‑membrane process, meeting the requirements of the fine chemical industry;
