Name: Calcium Hypochlorite Production Line
Process Logic: Potassium chloride (KCL) and water enter the electrolyzer, where electrolysis produces potassium hydroxide, chlorine gas and hydrogen gas. Chlorine gas is diverted for the production of sodium hypochlorite, liquid chlorine and high‑grade calcium hypochlorite (chlorine gas reacts with calcium hydroxide / sodium hydroxide). Hydrogen gas reacts with chlorine gas to synthesize hydrochloric acid. 32% KOH is concentrated and flaked to produce solid potassium hydroxide. This process integrates potassium chloride ion‑membrane electrolysis with a high‑grade bleaching powder unit, using chlorine gas as an intermediate raw material to manufacture high‑grade bleaching powder.

1. Water Treatment Disinfection: Sterilization and disinfection for municipal sewage, industrial circulating water and swimming pool water;
