Monocalcium Phosphate (MCP) Fertilizer Complete Production Line
This complete monocalcium phosphate (MCP) fertilizer production line adopts wet‑process phosphoric acid neutralization process, using wet‑process H₃PO₄ reacting with lime milk or calcium carbonate as raw materials. It covers neutralization reaction, curing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, waste‑gas treatment and automatic packaging. It produces powder & granular fertilizer‑grade MCP, widely used as phosphate fertilizer, water‑soluble fertilizer raw material and compound fertilizer intermediate.
Process Flow
Wet‑process phosphoric acid feeding → lime milk / calcium carbonate preparation → neutralization reactor → curing & maturation → granulation → rotary drying → fluid bed cooling → screening & classification → finished product packaging. Off‑spec particles are recycled back to granulation section to improve P₂O₅ recovery rate.
