Product Overview
Sodium hypochlorite (liquid bleach) is widely used for municipal tap water disinfection, textile bleaching, papermaking decolorization, aquaculture algae killing, industrial wastewater sterilization and daily disinfectant raw material.
Our sodium hypochlorite manufacturing plant adopts mature chlor-alkali derivative synthesis technology. Raw materials are chlorine gas and liquid caustic soda (NaOH). The whole production process runs under strict cooling circulation to avoid sodium chlorate decomposition caused by high temperature, guaranteeing stable available chlorine of finished liquid bleach (custom concentration 5%–13%).
Different from solid bleach powder factories, this liquid bleach plant has no lime grinding, drying or powder conveying procedures. The workshop only consists of reactors, circulating pumps, storage tanks and pipelines, greatly reducing dust treatment cost and environmental management pressure.
