Name: Potassium Chloride Production Line
Source: Sylvite raw ore (KCl 20‑30%). Finished potassium chloride products are obtained through crushing, wet grinding, desliming, flotation (fatty amine collector), centrifugation and drying.

Process Route of Potassium Chloride Production Line (Sylvite Flotation Process)
1. Crushing: Sylvite raw ore (containing 20%‑30% KCl) is crushed to obtain fine lump ore.
2. Wet Grinding: Wet grinding with water to prepare coarse ore slurry.
3. Filtration and Desliming: Fine slime impurities are removed to produce sylvite slurry; a side stream for ore slime is separated out.
4. Flotation Separation: Fatty amine collector is added, and air is introduced for flotation. Potassium chloride floats and is enriched to obtain potassium chloride concentrate; ore slime goes for secondary recovery.
5. Centrifugal Separation + Drying: The concentrate is centrifugally dehydrated and dried to produce finished potassium chloride.
6. Tailings Treatment: Useful potassium salts are secondarily recovered from ore slime, and the remaining waste residue is discharged and stockpiled.

1. Agriculture (Largest Application): Raw material for potash fertilizer and compound fertilizer, supplying potassium supplement for crops.
2. Chemical Industry: Production of potassium‑salt products such as potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate and potassium chlorate.

4. Electroplating, oil‑field drilling, food additives (high‑purity grade).
