Complete Process Route of Potassium Nitrate Production Line
1. Double‑decomposition Reaction Process: Raw materials KCl (potassium chloride) and NH₄NO₃ (ammonium nitrate) are fed into the reactor and heated to obtain mixed solution of KNO₃+NH₄Cl;
2. Cooling Crystallization: The mixed solution is cooled down. The solubility of potassium nitrate drops sharply, precipitating KNO₃ crystals, and the system turns into KNO₃ crystals plus NH₄Cl mother liquor;
3. Centrifugal Separation: Separation is carried out by centrifugal equipment to obtain potassium nitrate crystals and ammonium chloride mother liquor. After drying, potassium nitrate crystals are turned into finished KNO₃ products;
4. Mother Liquor Treatment and Circulation: After ammonium nitrate is supplemented into NH₄Cl mother liquor, it enters the evaporation‑concentration‑cooling‑crystallization process to precipitate mixed crystals of NH₄NO₃/NH₄Cl;
5. By‑product Separation: Secondary centrifugal separation is performed to obtain ammonium chloride crystals, which are dried to produce NH₄Cl by‑products. The separated ammonium nitrate mother liquor is circulated back to the reaction section for reuse.
