Complete Set of Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) Production Line (Phosphate Fertilizer EPC Turn‑key Unit)
Centered on the neutralization reaction between wet‑process phosphoric acid and liquid ammonia, this DAP production line consists of the reaction‑neutralization system, granulation system, drying‑cooling system, screening and crushing unit, tail‑gas scrubbing system, automatic control system and finished‑product packaging system. It can directly produce granular agricultural Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) phosphate fertilizer. Suitable for small‑and‑medium‑sized to large‑scale industrial phosphate fertilizer plants, it supports EPC turn‑key general contracting services for overseas projects in Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Process Principle: Wet‑process phosphoric acid reacts with liquid ammonia to generate DAP slurry. Hot slurry feeds into rotary drum granulator for granulation. Wet granules go through drying, cooling and screening to get standard 2‑4 mm DAP fertilizer. Oversized particles are crushed and fine powder returns to granulation for recycling. Tail‑gas scrubber recovers escaped ammonia to reduce material loss and meet environmental requirements.
