Product Overview
Our glyphosate production line applies mature IDA synthesis route, using iminodiacetic acid (IDA), phosphorous acid and formaldehyde as core raw materials. The process first synthesizes PMIDA intermediate, then conducts catalytic oxidation, concentration, crystallization and refining to produce standard technical glyphosate. The fully sealed automated line features high conversion rate, low side reactions and stable quality, suitable for large-scale agrochemical herbicide manufacturing and compatible with upstream phosphorous acid supporting production.
Application
Broad-spectrum non-selective systemic herbicide for farmland pre-sowing weeding, orchard, forest, roadside and wasteland weed control; raw material for glyphosate isopropylamine salt formulation.
