Raw materials: Defluorinated and purified wet‑process phosphoric acid + lime milk / calcium carbonate
Process:
Phosphoric acid storage and preparation → lime milk preparation → neutralization reaction (pH controlled at 6.8‑7.4, temperature 45‑65℃) → crystallization and maturation → slurry solid‑liquid separation → filter cake rinsing → drying → screening → granulation (optional) → finished product packaging

Application: Mainly used in feed for livestock, poultry, pigs and chickens; dominated by citrate‑soluble phosphorus which is dissolved and absorbed in animal digestive fluids; lower water‑soluble phosphorus and better cost‑effectiveness compared with MCP; MCP is preferred for aquatic feed.
