Raw Materials: Phosphate Rock + Concentrated Sulfuric Acid + Process Water
Process Flow:
Phosphate rock crushing and grinding → Slurry preparation → Extraction reaction (decomposition of phosphate rock with sulfuric acid) → Vacuum filtration and separation (obtaining dilute phosphoric acid and by‑product phosphogypsum) → Evaporative concentration of dilute phosphoric acid → Sedimentation for impurity removal → (Optional: solvent extraction purification) → Storage and filling of finished phosphoric acid; By‑product fluosilicic acid is used for fluorine resource recovery, and phosphogypsum is discharged.

2. Crude fertilizer‑grade phosphoric acid is produced without an extraction unit. An additional extraction and purification section yields refined industrial‑grade phosphoric acid of 75%/85% concentration.
3. Downstream extension is feasible: direct connection to MCP/DCP and ammonium phosphate production lines.
4. Equipped with fluorine recovery facilities to produce by‑product fluosilicic acid. Phosphogypsum is generated as a by‑product, which requires stockpiling or comprehensive utilization.
