Mainstream Process Route for Phosphorus Pentachloride: Phosphorus Trichloride Chlorination Synthesis Process
Raw Materials: Phosphorus trichloride, dry liquid chlorine
Process Flow: Vaporization and drying of liquid chlorine → Feeding and dehydration refining of phosphorus trichloride → Closed‑system chlorination synthesis reaction (temperature and pressure controlled, with excess chlorine gas) → Crystallization and pulping → Devolatilization to remove residual phosphorus trichloride and free chlorine → Solid‑liquid separation → Vacuum degassing and refining → Discharging under closed nitrogen protection → Sealed packaging of finished products; Condensation recovery and recycling of unreacted raw materials; Alkaline washing treatment for tail gas.
