Name: Liquid Detergent Production Line
Process Logic: Process water, sodium hydroxide and LAS sulfonic acid are heated and neutralized to produce sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate. Various auxiliary agents including AES, 6501, EDTA‑2Na, preservatives, fragrances, pigments and sodium chloride are then added, stirred and mixed to formulate liquid detergent. The finished liquid detergent is obtained after cooling and filling. This is a complete set of EPC equipment for daily‑use chemical compounding and stirring.

Complete Process Flow of Liquid Detergent Production Line
1. Neutralization Process: Process water (H₂O), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and LAS sulfonic acid are fed into the reactor for heated neutralization reaction to generate sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate.
2. Feeding and Compounding: AES, 6501, EDTA‑2Na chelating agent, MIT/CIT biocide, fragrance, pigment and sodium chloride thickener are added in sequence.
3. Stirring and Mixing: Fully stir and dissolve materials inside the reactor, adjust viscosity and pH value to obtain liquid detergent feed solution.
4. Post‑treatment: Cool and filter the materials.
5. Finished‑product Filling: Deliver materials to filling equipment to obtain finished liquid detergent via filling.
Process Characteristics of Liquid Detergent Production Line
1. Physical compounding and neutralization process without high‑temperature and high‑pressure reactions; the process is simple and mature.
2. One set of equipment can switch between multiple formulas to produce various liquid detergent products such as laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid.
3. Main operations include stirring‑dissolving, neutralization for pH adjustment and viscosity adjustment; equipment requires moderate anti‑corrosion performance.
