Product Introduction
Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP, NH₄H₂PO₄) is an efficient nitrogen‑phosphorus binary phosphate fertilizer. It is produced by the neutralization reaction between wet‑process phosphoric acid and liquid ammonia. Phosphate rock reacts with 98% sulfuric acid to produce wet‑process phosphoric acid first, which is then neutralized with ammonia to obtain the finished product. The product comes in white granular / powder form. Its mainstream nutrient formula is 12‑61‑0 (N‑P₂O₅‑K₂O). It features high total nutrient content and good water‑solubility. Its aqueous solution is weakly acidic, making it highly suitable for application in alkaline and neutral soils.

High Nutrient Content and High Water‑Solubility: Phosphorus can be rapidly absorbed by crops. It can be applied as base fertilizer, seed fertilizer and top‑dressing, and is also suitable for drip irrigation, sprinkler fertigation and foliar spraying.

Process for Monoammonium Phosphate Production Line

Wet‑process phosphoric acid is produced by reacting phosphate rock with 98% sulfuric acid. The wet‑process phosphoric acid then undergoes a neutralization reaction with liquid ammonia. After granulation, drying, screening and cooling, finished fertilizer‑grade monoammonium phosphate is obtained.
