We provide full-turnkey Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP) production plant and complete production line equipment for global chemical and new material manufacturers. Our APP production system adopts mature phosphoric acid & urea polymerization process, including raw material pretreatment, mixing reaction, high-temperature polymerization, curing, cooling, crushing, screening and automatic packaging. It can produce water-soluble APP for fertilizer grade and crystalline Type II APP for flame retardant grade.
The whole production line supports customized capacity from small, medium to large scale. Equipped with precise temperature control reaction system, closed ammonia recovery device, dust removal unit and full PLC automatic control system, our plant realizes continuous, stable, low-consumption and environmentally friendly industrial production, ensuring uniform polymerization degree, stable product purity and low impurity content.
