We provide full-turnkey Sodium Pyrophosphate (TSPP / Na₄P₂O₇) production plant and complete set of phosphate chemical production equipment for global industrial clients. Our TSPP production line adopts mature thermal dehydration and polymerization process using sodium dihydrogen phosphate as the main raw material, through neutralization, evaporation crystallization, high-temperature calcination, polymerization, cooling, crushing and screening to produce high-purity industrial and food-grade sodium pyrophosphate.
The whole production line realizes fully continuous and automatic production. It covers raw material treatment system, evaporation concentration unit, high-temperature polymerization furnace, cooling system, powder processing unit, dust removal system and PLC intelligent control system.
