Powder Dosing System
The dosing system controls the feed quantity of each raw material into production. For bulk raw materials, the system focuses on high processing capacity and precise weighing performance. Minor additives require specialized feeding devices, since tiny deviations in dosing will greatly impact the quality of final detergent formulations.
Detergent Powder Blender
The blender serves as the core equipment of the whole production line. It enables adequate powder circulation while minimizing particle damage. For formulas with sensitive components such as fragile granules, enzymes, encapsulated fragrances and colored speckles, blender selection needs to take both mixing homogeneity and mechanical shear force into account.
Liquid Dosing System
If liquid surfactants, fragrances or other liquid additives are needed, precision spray nozzles can be mounted inside or on top of the blender. The nozzle layout ensures even atomization and uniform distribution onto flowing powder materials.
Vibrating Screen
Installed after blending, the vibrating sieve removes oversized agglomerates and impurities to stabilize the particle size range of finished powder. Note that screening cannot fix poor mixing results. Persistent large wet lumps indicate defects in dosing, liquid spraying or mixing processes and need root-cause troubleshooting.

1、Can a detergent powder blending plant manufacture detergent powder without a spray tower?
Yes. Production can be carried out using pre-made detergent base powder and dry raw materials. The dry blending production process does not require a spray drying tower.
2、Is it possible to add enzymes within a blending plant?
Yes. Heat-sensitive components like enzymes are normally added in the post-dosing stage. Mixing parameters need to be configured in line with the handling specifications provided by your enzyme supplier.
3、Can perfume be introduced during the blending stage?
Yes. Both liquid and encapsulated granular perfume can be fed via dedicated dosing systems. For liquid perfume, precise spraying distribution is essential to prevent localized over-wetting of powder.
4、Is a detergent blender equivalent to a full detergent manufacturing plant?
No. The blender is just a single processing unit. A complete production plant covers raw material storage, dosing, material conveying, mixing, sieving, dust collection, finished product silos and packaging systems. If you need to produce base powder from liquid slurry, extra units including slurry preparation and spray drying equipment will also be necessary.
