Core process highlights
It adopts an integrated process of dynamic molten sulfur + liquid sulfur forced filtration, 3+1 four-stage conversion, 98% acid drying medium and high temperature double absorption, rear fan of the drying tower, and full-process waste heat recovery and steam production: sufficient sulfur atomization, SO ˇ The total conversion rate is ≥99.8%; the three-tower and two-trough dry absorption process suppresses acid fog; the boiler + heat pipe economizer maximizes the recovery of heat to produce high-pressure superheated steam.
