Project design scope:
Starting from the hopper in the raw material sulfur melting section to the outlet of the tail gas discharge chimney and the outlet flange of the liquid SO2 vaporizer, a complete set of projects such as chemical equipment, process pipelines, waste heat recovery, electrical appliances, instrument automatic control, water supply and drainage (including circulating water system). Engineering Technical Design of Sulfuric Acid Production Plant
This sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant adopts mature and efficient core processes:
Dynamic melting sulfur, forced filtration and refining of liquid sulfur,"3+1" four-stage double conversion, 98% concentrated sulfuric acid drying, medium and high temperature double absorption, rear fan configuration of the drying tower, supporting a complete set of waste heat recovery steam production system, the overall process is energy-saving and efficient, environmentally friendly, and stable operation. The core technical characteristics are as follows:
1. Solid sulfur is used as raw material, a rapid dynamic sulfur melting process is adopted and refined and purified with a liquid sulfur filter. It is simple to operate and low energy consumption, ensuring stable raw material quality.
2. High-pressure sulfur pump mechanical atomization combined with hot air atomization process is used to achieve full incineration of liquid sulfur, with high combustion efficiency and high material utilization rate.
3. Using the "3+1" four-stage two-conversion process, the total conversion rate of sulfur dioxide can reach more than 99.8%, greatly reducing tail gas pollutant emissions.
4. The 98% concentrated sulfuric acid drying + medium and high temperature double absorption process is used to effectively improve drying efficiency, inhibit the formation of acid mist, refine the particle size of acid mist, and optimize production conditions.
5. The dry absorption system adopts a circulation process of three towers, two troughs and three devices. The process layout is reasonable and the operation is convenient, which can effectively reduce the acid impurities in the finished product and the SO ˇ emission concentration of tail gas.
6. A complete waste heat recovery system is equipped with boilers, series superheaters and heat pipe economizers at the outlets of the sulfur incinerator and conversion sections to maximize the recovery of production waste heat and steam production, with significant energy-saving benefits.
7. The layout of the rear fan of the drying tower not only improves the efficiency of heat energy recovery, but also effectively improves the production environment of the factory, taking into account energy conservation and environmental protection.
