Work flow of sulfuric acid production line
Sulfur melting and filtration
The crude solid sulfur is melted and filtered through our sulfuric acid production equipment to remove impurities for stable combustion.
Sulfur combustion and SO lye production
The purified liquid sulfur burns with dry air in the furnace to produce high-temperature SO LNG gas, which is controlled by a PLC system.
Exhaust gas cooling and purification
The high-temperature exhaust gas passes through a waste heat boiler to produce usable steam, which is then dried to protect the V catalyst.
Double transformation, double absorption
SO SYS is converted to SO SYS in a catalytic converter. After primary and secondary absorption of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, the sulfur utilization rate of our sulfuric acid unit reaches more than 99.7%.
Finished acid storage and tail gas treatment
Newly manufactured sulfuric acid is cooled and stored in sealed cans. Exhaust gases are purified to meet global environmental standards for your turnkey sulfuric acid plant project.
