Our sulfuric acid production plant adopts the mature DCDA (Double Contact Double Absorption) contact process. We can provide customized complete sulfuric acid production systems supporting two raw material routes: liquid sulfur and pyrite.

The complete system consists of flue gas generation, purification, catalytic conversion, absorption, waste heat recovery, tail gas treatment and DCS automatic control system. We are able to deliver full turnkey engineering solutions covering engineering design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and operator training.
