Main Production Process (Two Industrial Processes)
Process 1: Hydrochloric Acid Wet Process (Mainstream for Solution & Crystal Grade)
Raw materials: zinc ingot, zinc oxide or industrial zinc slag + industrial hydrochloric acid
Process flow: Raw material pretreatment → Acid-base reaction synthesis → Zinc powder replacement impurity removal (remove Pb, Cu, Cd heavy metals) → Oxidation iron removal → Precision filtration → Evaporation concentration → Cooling crystallization → Centrifugal separation → Drying → Finished packaging
Advantages: Mild reaction condition, low production cost, stable quality, easy impurity control, suitable for industrial grade and battery grade zinc chloride solution and crystalline products.
Process 2: Dry Chlorination Process (For High-Purity Anhydrous Grade)
Raw materials: pure zinc metal + chlorine gas
Process flow: Zinc material purification → High-temperature chlorination reaction → Gas-phase synthesis → Cooling collection → Purification refining → Sealed packaging
Advantages: No water introduction, extremely low moisture content, ultra-high purity, specially customized for high-end battery, electronic and fine chemical industries.
