We are a professional Chinese manufacturer specializing in hydrofluoric acid production line and complete industrial hydrofluoric acid plant equipment. Our turnkey plant adopts mature fluorite-sulfuric acid reaction technology, producing aqueous hydrofluoric acid and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (AHF). Hydrofluoric acid (HF) is a highly corrosive inorganic acid. AHF is the core raw material for fluorochemicals. Our hydrofluoric acid plant can deliver industrial grade and electronic grade HF, supporting small pilot and large-scale fluorochemical factory projects worldwide.

Industrial Production Process

Main process: Fluorite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid reaction method Raw materials: fluorite (CaF₂), concentrated sulfuric acid Process flow: Fluorite crushing & drying → Raw material batching & feeding → Pre-reactor + rotary kiln high-temperature reaction → Crude HF gas cooling & scrubbing → Distillation purification → HF gas condensation / water absorption → AHF or aqueous HF storage → Tail gas & waste residue treatment → Finished product filling

Process features: Stable reaction, high conversion rate. The crude HF gas is purified by multi-stage washing and distillation to remove SiF₄, sulfuric acid and other impurities. The system is fully sealed to prevent HF leakage. By-product calcium sulfate can be recycled.
